Breath to Being: Personalized 1:1 Yoga Experience
When life feels uncertain or like you’re carrying the weight too much, this practice invites you to pause and root back into yourself. With 1:1 yoga, you’ll soften the noise, release what’s weighing you down, move from tension to ease, and return to the steady calm within you.
60 minutes - $120 per session
5 session package - $650 (save $25)
10 session package - $1,200 ( save $100)
All packages must be used within 6 months. Sessions are held at the client’s chosen location — whether at home, at a private venue, or outdoors. Travel fees may apply (refer to travel fees)
Together in Breath: Yoga for Special Gatherings
In a world that often pulls us in every direction, this practice brings you and your loved ones back to center — together. Whether celebrating a milestone, gathering to reconnect, or simply carving out space to pause and breathe as one, each class uniquely reflects your group’s energy. Classes are held at the comfort of your chosen location.

Not at all. Each session includes a guided meditation during savasana, so you can simply listen, breathe, and relax.

Coaching: Yes — virtual coaching sessions are fully available for clients who prefer or require remote support.
Yoga: Yoga is primarily offered in-person to honor the energetic exchange, hands-on guidance, and real-time adjustments that are essential to the Well With Avril experience. Virtual yoga sessions are only available as part of multi-session yoga packages, with a maximum of 20% of sessions held virtually.
