This deposit secures your reserved spot in a limited-capacity experience. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else. If you find a replacement, your deposit will be refunded once the new participant has completed their booking. If no replacement is found, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Late Payments: Any remaining balance not paid by the due date will result in the cancellation of your retreat, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date: Any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred (such as pre-paid materials, gift bags, coordination fees, or accommodation).
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date: No refunds will be issued.
If Well With Avril cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or credit towards a future retreat.
