Let the small things shift everything
Join us in Napa for a restorative women's yoga retreat. October 3-5
For a gentle pause from the pressure to always do more, so you can gather the fruits of your growth, feel gratitude for what is, and remember how enough you already are.

This Grain Fall Harvest Retreat is not a bootcamp or spiritual deep-dive.
It’s a restorative weekend in Northern California designed to help you feel present again. You’ll step into nature. Move your body slowly. Share nourishing meals. Laugh. Reflect. Rest.
It’s a space to honor how far you’ve come, reconnect with what matters, and remember how the smallest act like a single breath, a quiet walk, or a spark of gratitude can shift everything.
Just like a single grain of sand becomes a beach, or a single seed becomes a harvest, the smallest moments can create a whole new season.
This women’s fall yoga retreat in Napa will help you feel rested andmore connected to your body
more rooted in your joy
and, more open to what’s next without rushing to get there.
This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about celebrating yourself. It’s a yoga and wellness retreat in NorCal designed for women who are ready to:Let go of burnout and rediscover joy
Reflect and reset through gentle yoga, forest bathing, sound baths, and seasonal rituals
Connect with like-minded women in a meaningful, intimate setting in Napa Valley
Hosted at Enchanted Hills Retreat
Our retreat sanctuary spans 311 acres of private forest trails, sunlit clearings, and quiet corners to reconnect with nature and with yourself.
But this space is more than beautiful. It’s meaningfully operated by a nonprofit that supports the blind and visually impaired. Joining the Grain Harvest Fall retreat directly uplifts the Lighthouse’s mission of accessibility, empowerment, and inclusion. Every moment here supports something greater.
You’ll rest in cozy two-bedroom cabins with:
🏡 private showers and views of the forest or lake
🏡 shared swimming pool and bathhouse for sun-drenched dips
🏡 Redwood trees, open skies, and vineyard stillness all around.
And throughout the weekend, you’ll be lovingly nourished by a team of talented visually impaired chefs, including a head chef who also teaches culinary arts at a local college.
Each meal is rooted in the rhythm of the land and prepared with seasonal ingredients to support your body, your energy, and journey inward.
A delicious reminder that growth doesn’t need to be loud and real. Like nature, you’re allowed to be exactly where you are.
I created the GRAIN Retreat because I know what it’s like to be doing all the “right” things but still feel like it’s not enough. Like there’s always one more thing you need to fix or figure out before you can finally feel at peace and truly content with who you are and where you are.
GRAIN is a pause from that pressure. A place to come back to yourself through nature, presence, and deep gratitude. So you can return to your life with confidence, enoughness, and joy coursing through your veins.
IS THIS RETREAT fOR ME?
You don’t need to be super “into yoga.”
You don’t need to be in crisis.
You don’t need to know anyone else.
You only need to be open to slowness, to presence, and to intentional connection.
-
want to experience a weekend designed to be slow, beautiful, and deeply nourishing
you’re doing all the right things, but it still doesn’t feel like enough
want to feel joy, gratitude, and peace in your body not just in your head
want a weekend that honors all the versions you’ve been and the one you’re becoming
feel stretched thin or stuck in “in-between” spaces
want to connect & share space with other women who value intentional living, more presence than performance, and more meaning than noise
-
party all weekend with alcohol as the centerpiece
dive into intensive inner healing or heavy emotional processing
skip group practices or reflection altogether
This isn’t a retreat where you’re expected to follow a rigid schedule or “perform wellness.” Everything is lovingly curated to support your reset and you’re always invited to take it at your own pace. Participation is encouraged (because that’s where transformation happens), but never forced.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be held by nature, community, and thoughtful practices that invite you to soften, reconnect, and come home to yourself.
You’ll experience:
Daily yoga and guided mindfulness to ground your energy and reconnect with your body
Sound bath meditation
Reflective coaching prompts and journaling to help you slow down and listen for what’s ready to shift
A cozy bonfire gathering and s’mores
Mindful wine tasting featuring curated non-alcoholic and alcoholic wines that invite presence and pleasure without the pressure
Unhurried conversations and genuine connection with like-hearted women (the kind that remind you you're not alone)
Open time for you to rest, nap, read, journal, or simply be
Access to a peaceful lake for kayaking or paddle boarding
Optional dips in the swimming pool for play, movement, or ease
Private trails and redwood groves to wander through at your own pace
Quiet pockets of nature perfect for solo reflection, stillness, or stargazing
This is your invitation to move slowly, reconnect with what matters, and return home rested and transformed.
What You’ll Gain (Beyond the Itinerary)
This retreat isn’t about changing who you are. You may arrive feeling stretched thin, in-between seasons, or unsure what’s next.
But you’ll return home feeling present, replenished, and rooted in your enough-ness.
It’s about returning to the version of you that’s been waiting beneath the noise.
You’ll gain:
✨ A deep sense of enoughness and gratitude for your path, your growth, your body
✨ A clearer connection to what matters and where you want to go next
✨ Practices and perspectives you can return to long after the weekend ends
